This week Liz interviews Steph Waaser, an Assistant Technical Director at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Steph earned an MFA at Yale Drama and has worked in technical theatre positions in regional theatre companies around the United States. They talk technical theatre career paths and how technical directors collaborate in the production process.
